Privacy Policy

Overview

Harvest (“we”, “us”) operates a static website with optional wallet connect and swap features. This policy describes what information is processed when you use harvest-website and related pages.

Information we do not collect

Harvest does not operate user accounts and does not store your wallet private keys. We do not run first-party analytics on this site. If you use Swap, we collect the email you enter so we can deliver dataset files.

Email and dataset delivery

There is no public mailing list. You type your address at swap time. After a confirmed swap we email the selected pack and store that send in MongoDB: email, wallet, transaction signature, pack, files sent, and whether delivery succeeded. Dataset files themselves are also stored in MongoDB so the same pack can be attached to the message. Email is sent through Resend when that service is configured.

Wallet connection

When you connect a wallet, Reown AppKit handles the connection flow in your browser. Connection state may be stored locally in your browser (for example, in localStorage) so you remain connected across visits. Harvest’s servers do not receive your wallet address unless you initiate an on-chain transaction through your wallet provider.

Swaps and on-chain activity

Swap quotes are fetched from Jupiter’s public API. Executing a swap sends a transaction you sign in your wallet directly to the Solana network. Harvest does not intermediate or custody swapped assets.

Third-party services

• Reown (WalletConnect) — wallet connection infrastructure. See Reown’s privacy policy ↗.
• Jupiter — swap routing and quote API. See Jupiter’s privacy policy ↗.
• Solana RPC providers — may process transaction data when you submit swaps.
• Hosting (Vercel / OpenAI Sites) — standard server logs (IP, user agent, requested URLs) may be retained by the host.
• Resend — sends dataset emails when configured. See Resend’s privacy policy ↗.
• MongoDB Atlas — stores dataset packs and records of emails we send after a swap.

Cookies and local storage

Harvest uses browser storage for motion preferences (harvest-motion in session storage) and wallet session data managed by Reown AppKit. No advertising cookies are set by Harvest.

Your choices

You can disconnect your wallet at any time through the wallet modal, clear site data in your browser, or disable motion via the footer toggle. You are not required to connect a wallet or share an email to read Harvest content. To stop dataset emails, do not submit another claim and contact hello@harvest.ai.

Children

Harvest is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

We may update this policy as features change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect revisions.
