By accessing Harvest, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or its product features.

Informational content

Harvest publishes research summaries, forecasts, and third-party citations about physical AI. Content is provided for general information only. It is not investment, legal, tax, or professional advice. Figures from external sources may be outdated or subject to different definitions.

Wallet and swap features

Wallet connect and swap tools are provided “as is”. You are solely responsible for:

• Securing your wallet and private keys
• Reviewing transaction details before signing
• Understanding risks of blockchain transactions, including irreversibility, slippage, and smart-contract risk
• Compliance with laws applicable to you

Harvest does not custody assets, execute trades on your behalf, or guarantee swap prices, routes, or availability. Completing a Jupiter swap does not transfer tokens to Harvest unless you later send funds to a Harvest treasury address.

Dataset packs

Unlocked files are Harvest research samples for education and evaluation. They are not NVIDIA or third-party model weights, and they are not a license to scrape or redistribute cited source data. Delivery by email is best-effort; if mail fails, download links on the Swap page remain the fallback.

Third-party services

Wallet connection uses Reown AppKit. Swaps use Jupiter routing and the Solana network. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

Live dashboard

The LIVE page displays curated figures from Harvest content with simulated refresh cadence. It is not a real-time market data feed and should not be relied upon for trading decisions.

Intellectual property

Harvest branding, layout, and original copy are protected. Third-party trademarks and sources cited on the site belong to their respective owners. Artwork on the site is conceptual unless otherwise noted.

Disclaimer of warranties

Harvest is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Harvest and its contributors are not liable for any losses arising from your use of the site, wallet connection, swaps, or reliance on published content — including loss of digital assets.

Changes

We may modify these terms or site features at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
